   In a large sewage treatment plant in Anhui province, Sulzer ABS large submersible pump, mechanical seal is damaged, water seepage into the motor, the whole pump needs to be overhauled.

• 利用专用工具拆除电机转子、水泵轴承等 

• Use special tools to remove motor rotor, submersible pump bearings, etc

• 氧气乙炔加热烘烤拆除电机定子 

• Remove motor stator by heating and baking with oxygen acetylene

• 电机定子重新绕线

• Rewind the motor stator

• 安装新轴承 Install new bearings

• 潜水泵组装完成 

• Submersible pump assembly completed

• 水泵空转运行测试 Submersible pump idling operation test
